Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Knowledgeable of MS Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and HR Systems
• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Must be willing to work at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
• Full-Time position
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and Hiring of Manpower
• Personnel File Maintenance
• System Maintenance (HRIS)
• Performance Management
