• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory, Powershell Scripting.
• Knowledgeable in PC Repair/Troubleshooting (Hardware/Software)
• Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or visit as needed.
• Team Player and Self-motivated
