Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in English, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Philosophy and/or at least a degree in Law or equivalent.
Knowledge in all HR works especially in Employee & Labor Relations.
At least 5-10 years of supervisory/managerial experience in the related field.
Fluent communication skills in English is a must
Relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
