Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Major in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
Exposure in Human Resources and General Administration (visa processing, building maintenance, vehicle management etc.) preferably gained from Electronics or Semiconductor Company.
On March 31, 2021, the Proxy and Ballot forms for the 2021 ASM were revised to correct the name of one Nominee Directors to conform to the SEC-approved Information Statement (from Mr. Oh, Hyunggoo to Mr. Lee, Jaejin).
