• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Philosophy or equivalent
• At least five (5) years of relevant working experience with emphasis on Employee Relations and Organizational Development preferably gained from a Japanese / Korean company specializing in Semiconductor / Manufacturing / Electronics is required for this position
• Applicants must be willing to work in Clarkfield, Pampanga
