• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent
• Preferably with experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Willing to work at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga

Responsibilities and Duties

Tasks includes:

• Sourcing & Hiring of Manpower
• Familiar with 201 File
• System Maintenance (HRIS)
• Will conduct various trainings (Behavioral & Technical Trainings)
• Performance Management
• Payroll Processing
• Processing of Billings for Outsources Manpower
• Processing of disciplinary actions for employees' violations
• Organize company events
• Amend/Update Company policies

Qualifications and Skills

• Good communication skills
• Attentive to details
• Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be willing to render overtime and report on weekends when needed
