• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Philosophy or equivalent
• At least five (5) years of supervisory experience with emphasis on Recruitment, Performance Management and Training preferably gained from a Japanes / Korean company specializing in Semiconductor / Manufacturing / Electronics is required for this position
