Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in Recruitment and Training, but, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledgeable in MS Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and HR Systems (HRIS)
• Meticulous in writing routine reports and updates
• Must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
• Full time position
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and Hiring of Manpower
• Personnel File Maintenance
• System Maintenance (HRIS)
• Performance Management
