Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
* Knowledgeable in Unix Operations, Database/ SQL and or C#
* Knowledgeable in PC Repair/Troubleshooting (Hardware/Software)
* Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications
* Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Ability to provide technical support either by phone, remote access, or visit as needed
* Team Player and Self-motivated
* Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
