Qualifications:
•Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
•Knowledgeable in Unix Operations, Database/ SQL and or C#
•Knowledgeable in PC Repair/Troubleshooting (Hardware/Software)
•Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications
•Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
•Ability to provide technical support either by phone, remote access, or visit as needed
•Team Player and Self-motivated
•Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
