• Must have at least 10 years of working experience as a Supervisor or Manager level in a semiconductor manufacturing company
• Proven leadership and high organizational skills
• Proven knowledge on new product development, project management, Engineering/Design of Experiments, technical problem solving tools and techniques
• Possess excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Must be excellent in verbal, written and graphical communication skills
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime, on weekends, and on holidays
• Must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
